Tu confirmes que ton wifi fonctionnait parfaitement avec la box précédente sans les firmware atheros ???
Si oui, ton wifi n’utilise pas atheros, mais autre chose: pas très clair tout ça.

Ta connexion s’appelle wlp2s0 et non pas wlan0.

Donc, refais:

Avec ces questions/réponses croisées dans tous les sens, ça va vite s’embrouiller.
Comme il y a du monde maintenant subitement ré-interessé par ton problème, pas la peine d’être plusieurs, d’autant plus que tu en oublies en cours de route, genre:

C’est normal, c’est une modification de tes message pour faire la mise en forme des retours de commandes, n’hésite pas à jeter un œil aux modification faites par la modération.

Concernant les firmwares, je ne sais pas s’ils était nécessaires, mais tes retours de commandes laissent penser que le matériel est maintenant opérationnel.
Essaie la commande suivante en remplaçant <ssid> par le nom de ton réseau.

sudo iw dev wlp2s0 scan | grep -i "<ssid>"

Si ton point d’accès apparaît dans le retour de la commande, c’est que ta carte Wifi voit bien le point d’accès, sinon, ce n’est pas le cas.

Sur les livebox tu as un filtrage des mac disponible, il te faut te connecter à l’interface depuis l’ip 192.168.1.1 et vérifie déjà ce point, ensuite sur les version livebox 4 était disponible un bouton à appuyer pour permettre l’appairage des éléments fonctionnant en wifi tel que les décodeurs, téléphones etc … ) cela fait donc un second point à vérifier.

Tu précise être sur Bullseye, très bien mais avec quoi te connectes-tu ? Networkmanager ?

Si c’est le cas alors il te faudra ta clé wpa, tu sélectionnera ton SSID et tu remplieras ce qu’il faut.
Si jamais tu désire un poil plus de liberté laisse la configuration en DHCP mais utilise des DNS autres que ceux du FAI, tel que 1.1.1.1 par exemple et laisse la configuration de la route en automatique.

Si tu est en ipv6 alors adapte l’ipv6 pour la partie dns (pour cloudflare ce doit-être 2606:4700:4700::1111 ).

Tu as perdu 7 jours car tu ne précise pas assez les outils que tu utilise et tout le monde finalement est parti sur une fausse piste avec le firmware.

Si tu arrive à détecter les SSID des réseau wifi alors il est envisageable que le problème soit plus de l’ordre du blocage ou de la mauvaise configuration de la connexion (erreur wpa, blocage mac par le routeur, etc …).

Je regarde la configuration de la connexion ouvrant " connexions réseau " dans le menu des applications

Pour vérifier qu’un paquet est installé il suffit en règle générale de vérifier la version candidate :

apt policy network-manager

Si tu cherche des paquets depuis le terminal ce sera ainsi :

apt search network-manager

ça ressemble bien à Network manager ce que tu nous montre par contre pour le wifi à moins de savoir ce que l’on fait en laisse en automatique.
Tu doit avoir une applet réseaux sur ton bureau, il te suffit en générale de sélectionner le réseau wifi voulu et rentrer tes identifiants, tu fini par enregistré pour la prochaine connexion et basta.

Avec les livebox comme expliqué précédemment tu as une mécanique qui peux réclamer lors de la première connexion de passer en mode association/appairage, une fois connecté tu pourras après coup enregistrer la MAC pour permettre de sécuriser un minimum le wifi et empêcher d’autre appareils de se connecter.

Pour te connecter sur l’interface utilise un câble ethernet temporairement et rends toi sur https://192.168.1.1 pour gérer les accès diffusion SSID etc …

Je suis allé sur l’interface et j’ai trouvé solution au moins provisoire : en attendant mieux j’ai créé une connexion invité, l’interface m’a donné une clé WPA + WPA2.
La question est de savoir si c’est aussi bien sécurisé qu’une connexion normale
