ALSA : pas de son dans le casque audio tout dans les speaker

Bonjour tout le monde

Je suis dans l’impossibilité d’écouter de la musique depuis mes écouteurs (branchés via un jack 3.5), le son continue de sortir par les haut-parleurs de mon acer aspire 5738Z. Je n’ai pas de niveau réglable pour mes “headphones” sur alsamixer. J’ai farfouillé sur des tas de forums mais rien qui m’aide à résoudre ce soucis…

Bon question bête tu es passé par la console de configuration d’alsa pour voir si ta sortie n’est pas muette et activé

Oui, oui, elle n’est pas mutée, j’ai l’indicateur “00” mais impossible de monter le niveau, qui reste à “00”…Les haut-parleurs du PC continuent à jouer la musique et moi je suis comme un âne avec mon casque dans lequel rien ne sort… :smiley: :laughing:

le seul truc qui marche chez moi c est de désactiver la carte son dans le bios, seulment sur les portable c est pas toujours possible car les bios son modifier
