Carte graphique passée en usage restreint

Depuis aujourd’hui ma carte graphique est en “usage restreint” et le bureau Gnome est incomplet.Parfois les videos en flash deviennent illisibles.
J’avais constaté que Debian se figeait parfois.

Pour mon édification, que signifie qu’une carte graphique est passée en “usage restreint” ?

j’ai intitulé mon fil “carte graphique passée en usage restreint” parce que en allant dans “Paramètres système”, “Résumé”, “Carte graphique”, j’ai obtenu:"Pilote

Le paquet " xserver-xorg-video-intel" me semble installé:
apt-get install xserver-xorg-video-intel
Lecture des listes de paquets… Fait
Construction de l’arbre des dépendances
Lecture des informations d’état… Fait
xserver-xorg-video-intel est déjà la plus récente version disponible.
xserver-xorg-video-intel passé en « installé manuellement ».
0 mis à jour, 0 nouvellement installés, 0 à enlever et 0 non mis à jour.

Mais sachant que Wheezy fonctionne sans avoir eu à installer les pilotes du dvd “Gigabyte Intel 6- séries Utility DVD” le pilote de la carte graphique probablement manquant serait peut-être installé en installant le cdrom Gigabyte?
Ma tentative de démarrage sur F12 s’est terminée par un échec car au moment du choix “Backup” j’ai eu cet avertissement:“Not enough HDD Free Size for image backup ! Error:400” :013
