Ce premier post me sert de présentation et de demande d’aide !
Présentation : (cette section peux être sauté si vous voulez m’aider directement 
, mais de là ou je viens il est courtoit de ce presenter avant de demander quoique ce soit 
)
Anciennement sous MS j’ai connu la fin de 3.11, 95, 98, Millenium, 2000 Pro, Xp PRO.
A partir de Xp pro je suis passé a GNU/Linux sous différentes distro, a la recherche de quelque chose qui fasse surtout fonctionner mon vieux materiel avec une relative souplesse.
Je passe alors en dual boot entre XP pro et Ubuntu 7.04 a l’époque (donc environ 5 ans), un apprentissage du monde (semi)libre commence alors jusqu’à ces dernières semaines ou je passe a un Debian Squeeze stable, ce qui m’amène a vous et a mon problème …
Ma demande d’aide :
Problème rencontré: Ma carte son et reconnu mais je n’ai pas de son ! Lors de l’utilisation du contrôleur de volume j’ai “Aucun greffon de contrôle de volume GStreamer et/ou périphériques trouvés.” comme message.
Info: La carte son fonctionne sous Windows, elle fonctionnait sous Ubuntu, sous Debian squeeze aussi lors des premiers test (installS ultérieurS) avec une intervention dont je ne me souvient plus 
! Le Hard est donc hors de cause.
Mon materiel est un portable DELL Inspiron 8100 / PIII 1,13 Ghz / 512 de ram / CG Nvidia Geforce GO 2 / Carte son ESS Technology ES1983S Maestro3.

n’a rien apporté.
# module-assistant
l’install alsa 1.0.23 qui en résulte, n’a rien apporté.
Je me suis dirigé vers une install manuel des alsa-driver-1.0.24 alsa-utils-1.0.24 alsa-lib-1.0.24
mais rien ne change.
Enfin je suis sur la mise en place de alsa-firmwares-1.0.24 en suivant cela:http://wiki.debian.org/snd-maestro3
mais lors du chargement des module j’ai droit a un:

Voila, je pense avoir été assez complet, je suis ouvert a toutes suggestions pouvant me faire avancé, je continu de mon coté sachant que j’y suis déjà arrivé.
