Debian live box et wifi résolu

Bonjour à tous
j’espère que je pourrais avoir une aide, car voilà 2 jours que je galère.

j’essaie désespérément de connecter un pc à la live box inventel à l’aide d’une clé wifi :angry: :angry:

2 modéles essayés :
un sagem xg 760n et un d-link dwl-g122 h/w
le sagem fonctionne sous XP, sous UBUNTU j’ai la connection avec la live et pas le NET

t’a activé me mode association de la livebox ?

mais j’émets un doute, on associe la live avant de faire les reglages ?

1 - je mets la clé
2 - j'associe la live
3 - je connecte le pc a la live en entrant le ssid et la clé wep...(jamais de problèmes avec d'autres ordis pour le choix du WEP)

c'est dans l'ordre

Ca doit être bon, activer le mode association = ouvrir la porte pendant quelques secondes pour autoriser un nouveau pc a se connecter.

Perso. l’asso de ma box a tjs été foireuse (via le petit bouton rouge).
Je désactive la securité via le panel de la box le temps de récupérer l’adresse MAC et réactive ensuite manuellement la sécurité.
L’association via le bouton a souvent été très aléatoire dans mon cas…
(c’est une sagem)

Pour la config. préfère WICD, ça tourne très très bien.

Le module n’est pas chargé.
Pour l’installer

(attention il faut que ton /etc/apt/sources.list contiennent les dépôts non libres. Eventuellement à mettre à jour donc (ne pas oublier un aptitude update ensuite si c’est ton cas)
