Des soucis avec l'accélération graphique

Bonjour.

Je sais que ce n’est pas très original d’avoir des problèmes avec sa carte graphique mais après avoir effectué des recherches, je n’ai pas trouvé de solution.

J’utilise le pilote libre Nouveau avec une carte Nvidia GeForce 9500M GS

Voici les ennuis :

  • avec le noyau 2.6 des logiciels tels que Ghemical, Ballview ou Avogadro fonctionnent bien, mais pas Stellarium, Celestia ou VlC qui montre un écran noir (Totem marche correctement) ;
  • avec le noyau 3.2, c’est l’inverse.

Je contourne le problème en rebootant sur le bon noyau, mais ce n’est pas très pratique.

Je ne sais pas quelles informations vous donner pour aider à résoudre cette difficulté.

J’ai installé libgl1-mesa-dri-experimental en suivant un conseil donné sur ce forum.

Entre le roman fleuve de Trucs & Astuces et le wiki de notre forum tu as tout ce qu’il faut pour installer une carte nvidia.

Vérifies ma signature :slightly_smiling:

Tu peux essayer d’installer libvdpau1 s’il ne l’est pas déjà.

Sinon tu peux également essayer le pilote propriétaire de nvidia

J’ai essayé avec libvdpau1 mais sans résultat.
Je n’ai pas envie d’installer le driver proprio de nvidia. Déjà eu des soucis avec.
Je continue à chercher.

Utilise tu un xorg.conf?
Peux tu poster Xorg.0.log avec les 2 noyaux.
Peux tu poster glxinfo | grep OpenGL et glxinfo | grep -i rendering pour les 2 noyaux aussi.

Il y a de toute évidence un problème avec le noyau 2.6. Le pilote Nouveau n’est pas utilisé je crois et il y a pas mal de lignes d’erreur. Mais je suis incapable de trouver seul une solution.

Le fait d’utiliser SMXI pour installer une carte nvidia n’implique en rien d’utiliser les pilotes propriétaires. Tu n’as pas dû essayer sinon tu saurais au moins çà.

Je ne comprends pas. Est-ce que le fait d’avoir utilisé le pilote de nvidia suppose d’avoir utilisé SMXI ?
Bref j’ai déjà utilisé le driver de nvidia et que je n’étais pas satisfait du résultat (problème d’écran qui émet des flash : retour par deux fois en garantie). Il est vrai qu’à l’époque je n’étais pas sous debian et que depuis les versions ont sans aucun doute évolué. Peut-être que je m’étais planté dans l’installation (c’est fort possible) mais mes besoins à l’époque étaient limités et le pilote libre me suffisait. Je souhaite maintenant pouvoir utiliser certains logiciels pour mon boulot. Je ne connaissais pas SMXI, je vais jeter un oeil.

Utilise un noyau plus récent, tu peux essayer le 3.5.4 que j’utilise qui marche parfaitement chez moi:

deb boisson.homeip.net/depot wheezy divers

Je viens d’essayer avec le 3.5 mais également sans succès.

Pardon peux tu poster glxinfo | grep -i render

Par contre d’après le wiki mesa/nouveau, il te faut mesa > 7.11
nouveau.freedesktop.org/wiki/MesaDrivers
Donc soit case compil, soit install depuis le dépot wheezy (je peux pas t’aider pour les depots)

Effectivement, il me faudrait mesa 7.11. As-tu une idée du ou des paquets à installer pour ça ? Je regarderais si cela ne nécessite pas trop de dépendance.
Je ne me sens pas trop de compiler. S’il faut je continue à jongler avec les reboots (c’est pas toutes les 5 minutes quand même) et j’attends que Wheezy passe en stable.
