Droits de root sur X11

Je souhaite installer la dernière version de XFCE (mais peu importe pour XFCE):

  1. L’installeur (.bin) doit se lancer sous X11.
  2. Mais cet installeur doit être lancé en tant que root.
  3. Or, root n’a pas accès à X11 par défaut.

Bref, à chaque fois que je lance l’installeur, sous le compter user, en sudo ou su, il me sort que X11 doit être lancé (pourtant je lance l’installeur sous xorg).

Pour info, l’installeur fonctionne avec le compte user sans sudo.

Ma question:
comment autoriser le compte root à utiliser X11?

J’ai essayé un adduser root video, mais sans succès…
