Fichier introuvable

J’essayais de jeter un œil sur resolv.conf et j’ai créé par une fausse manip un fichier que je n’arrive plus à trouver, et maintenant j’obtiens cela
E325: ATTENTION
Found a swap file by the name "/etc/.resolv.conf.swp"
owned by: root dated: Mon Apr 28 17:21:59 2014
file name: /etc/resolv.conf
modified: YES
user name: root host name: debian
process ID: 4551
While opening file "/etc/resolv.conf"
dated: Mon Apr 28 17:50:07 2014
NEWER than swap file!

(1) Another program may be editing the same file. If this is the case,
be careful not to end up with two different instances of the same
file when making changes. Quit, or continue with caution.
(2) An edit session for this file crashed.
If this is the case, use “:recover” or “vim -r /etc/resolv.conf"
to recover the changes (see “:help recovery”).
If you did this already, delete the swap file “/etc/.resolv.conf.swp"
to avoid this message.
”/etc/resolv.conf” 4 lines, 91 characters
Press ENTER or type command to continue
Cela n’affecte pas ma connexion mais je crains d’avoir des soucis lors de la réinitialisation du serveur.

Sauriez vous comment le trouver et le détruire?
