Depuis impossible d’ouvrir la session gnome.

Je garde mon sang froid et je commute sur une session terminal avec ctrl+alt+f2 et je me me connecte avec mon user habituel en mode texte.
Après quelques recherche sur Internet via mon smartphone, rien de probant mais ça me donne l’idée d’installer lightdm

La session graphique lightdm apparait bien cette fois mais part en boucle sur la session gnome, refus d’affichage de mon bureau gnome!

j’ai alors l’idée d’installer lxde et là, ouf merci le bureau lxde fonctionne.

Quel est le problème avec gdm et gnome-shell 51?

voici ce que me dit l’IA
Le problème provient directement des paquets gnome-shell-extension-* officiels mis à jour en version 51.0-2 en même temps que GNOME Shell. Les extensions intégrées par Debian (comme gnome-shell-extension-system-monitor ou gnome-shell-extension-user-theme ) contiennent un bug ou une incompatibilité non résolue avec la version de gnome-shell (51.0-3) ou de libmutter-51-0 nouvellement installée. Bien que vous ayez fait un reset, GNOME tente au démarrage de charger des extensions système obsolètes ou mal configurées au niveau de votre profil ou du système global.

Pour résoudre ce problème depuis votre session LXDE , ouvrez un terminal et suivez ces étapes :

Étape 1 : Purger complètement les extensions système Debian

Puisque les extensions Debian intégrées font planter le gestionnaire, désinstallez-les proprement pour forcer GNOME à démarrer sur une configuration 100% native (Vanilla).

On va bien voir

De retour en session gnome

il y avait un micmac avec les applis « weather »
