Il faut monter l’Iso, puis (en tant que root) lancer le script dans un terminal.

apparently you are using virtualbox from oracle’s deposit and it is an outdated version.
You should have a look at oracle’s web page here:

If you are running a linux virtual machine you should be able to install the guest additions the way lol told you.If you feel uneasy with french there is a debian forum for english speaking debian users:
