Installation de airtime

Bonjour à tous :slightly_smiling:

Je souhaite installer airtime sur une debian wheezy à jour. Il me servira de « directeur » pour une webradio. Mon souci est qu’il dépend de timidity et que ce service ne veut pas démarrer.

C’est compréhensible que ALSA ne soit pas actif bien qu’il soit installé, l’installation se fait sur un serveur, il n’y a donc pas de carte son d’installée.

Et webradio sur un serveur, c’est logique ?

Je n’ai pas compris ce que tu voulais dire. Ou plutôt, je ne vois pas en quoi ce serait illogique.

Alsa possède un module pour définir une carte son bidon : alsa-project.org/main/index. … dule-dummy

Il s’est avéré que le kernel de mon serveur OVH était compilé statiquement. Il n’était donc pas modulable.
J’ai mis le même .deb sur un serveur digicube et je n’ai pas eu ce soucis. Il faudrait faire de plus amples investigations mais je soupçonne OVH de tailler dans le vif avec leurs kernels.

Les kernels d’OVH n’acceptent pas le chargement de modules pour des raisons de sécurité. Si tu veux pouvoir charger des modules additionnels, il faut repasser sur un kernel Debian (auquel cas tu perdras aussi grsec et autres patchs utilisés par OVH).

Du coup je suis passé sur un autre serveur avec un kernel tout à fait banal et qui marche. Les problèmes liés à alsa ont soudainement disparus. Maintenant c’est juste airtime qui n’arrive pas à se connecter aux autres daemons.

Je n’ai pas encore beaucoup creusé mais paramètres marqué “FAILED” ne sont pas sur la page du lien, ça commence mal.
