je me confronte à un autre soucis lors d’une nouvelle installation avec apt-get install postgresql. j’ai le message suivant
postgresql failed to start. /usr/sbin/invoke-rc.d is probably broken.
Stopping PostgreSQL database server: postmasterThe programs “postmaster” and “psql” are needed by pg_ctl but
were not found in the directory “/usr/lib/postgresql/bin”.
Check your installation.

NB: Je suis sur Déban sarge 3.1 :quand je regarde dans le repertoire /usr/lib/postgresql/bin j’ai pas le fichier psql .Comment faire?
