rien ne se fait aussi …par contre quand je regarde le fichier xorg.conf, il y a rien dedans !!!

apt-get install xdebconfigurator ça c’est ok non

oui et apres j’ai lancé xdebconfigurator

il vois les caractériques de la carte puis après je lance startx et toujours pareil

une fois xdebconfigurator fais :

tu fais un dpk-reconfigure xserver-xorg .

ton xdebconfigurator , a du te remplir les chant .

essaye de nouveau startx

sinon c’est quoi erreur quand tu lance startx

toukours pas de boot :

Il devrait au moins faire le 1024x768. Quand ça marchera, regarde l’installation des pilotes ATI. Installer les drivers RPM est une erreur, ils existent sous Debian, va voir dans la rubrique trucs et astuces.

Un grand merci à fran.b qui a trouvé une partie du problème …je oeux avoir la console graphique désormais …parfais pour analyser … donc une grand merci …je regarde ce que cela donne … et je vous tiens au courant … qu’est ce que tu as changé ???

J’ai ce message d’erreur quand j’effectue les mise à jour :

Par ailleurs, hier soir, avant de changer mon fichier xorg.config modifié par notre excellent fran.b, et qui m’a permis de fonctionner le server X, j’ai suivi un petit tutoriel ---->http://jah.thomas.googlepages.com/debianacerextensa4 qui m’a modifié le noyau et je me retrouve avec 4 lignes de demarrage au boot. Quel fichier dois je modifierpour y remédier ???

Par ailleurs, comment est-il possible devérifier si tout les pilotes de du portable sont bien installé ,comme sous windows, lorsque nous vérifions dans le gestionnaire de périphériques … Je pense qu’il doit y avoir des commandes sous la console, non ???

Ensuite qu’elle est la procédure de vérification du système pour vérifier stabilité et son bon fonctionnement : existe il un observateur (log) d’évènement ?

Comme je peux aussi association des applications avec des raccourcis clavier pour ouvrir des programmes ;comme en tapant sur le clavier,j’ouvre telle console etc …
