tu fais un copié/collé de /etc/modprobe.d/alsa-base.conf

tout semble normal,active déjà tous les boutons dans alsamixer,on ne sait jamais,et vérifie tous tes branchements jacks.Dans vlc le son est il configuré correctement?

Souvent ce genre de souci est du à une mauvaise config de l’appli.
Est ce bien alsa qui est sélectionné en sortie pour vlc?
