Donc voila j’ai dossier à stocker sur un serveur NAS.
Hors je cherche donc un logiciel pour pouvoir effecter des sauvegardes différence/incrémentielle et planifier avec une interface graphique.
Auriez vous des propositions ? Car je trouve pas vraiment sur google

Sinon, il y en a plein, du simple tar sur une partition distante jusqu’à mondo, bacula, ou autres, tu as le choix.
Plutot que google, tu devrais plutot chercher dans apt:

Il y a aussi rsync dont une interface graphique est gtkrsync. Je ne peux te parler de la qualité de l’interface graphique je viens de découvrir son existence et ne l’ai jamais testé.
