Perte de l'interface graphique

bonjour à tous,
Après quelques manipulations malheureuses, suite à une incompréhension totale, comme la suppression des paquets nvdia et la modification du xorg …
Je me tourne vers vous car je n’ai pas réussi dans mes recherches à réparer mes erreurs.

Mon ordinateur portable boot donc systématiquement en console, et “startx” ne veux pas démarrer …

Normalement tout est détecté par défaut. Donc supprime ton xorg.conf et reboot ta machine.

Bingo, j’ai de nouveau accès à l’interface graphique.

Cependant, je ne peux utiliser que l’interface ‘gnome classic’
(en chargeant l’interface gnome, celle qui apparait est l’interface de classic)

Ai-je supprimé les drivers de ma carte graphique intel ?
(ou plutôt de mon contrôleur graphique intel si j’ai bien compris)

Car avant d’avoir ce problème un message précédant m’indiquait que l’interface avait été épurée du à un manque de capacité graphique.

Je pense que tu as un chipset Sandy Bridge.

Cependant, avant toute cette affaire gnome tournait très bien avec tout les attributs graphiques propre au thème par default “adwaita”.

De plus je viens de remarquer l’absence des paramètres ce trouvant habituellement dans “advanced settings”, "extension du shell"
A la place ce trouve une fenêtre vide …

Dois-je installer les paquets que tu me signal?

Si ton ordi est bien équipé d’une carte/chipset graphique et il est bien pris en charge par ton install, sinon tu n’aurais pas d’affichage.
Install au minima [mono]xserver-xorg-video-intel[/mono] et reboot.

Les infos que te donne Gnome sont normal car tu est sur le pilote par défaut, donc pas de support d’accélération graphique qui est indispensable pour avoir une Gnome pleinement fonctionnel.

Pour l’histoire de la carte graphique ou du contrôleur, disons que les subtilités ne comptent pas beaucoup dans notre cas, et bien que la puce intel ne soit pas logée dans une carte dissociée de la carte mère, ça n’est pas gênant d’être plus générique et de dire “carte graphique”.

Par contre, dans mon post précédent j’indiquais de fournir le fichier Xorg.0.log, et non le dmesg.

Les paquets que j’ai mentionnés, ils sont sûrement déjà installés chez toi. La question qui se pose, c’est lequel devra être mis à jour pour faire fonctionner ta carte.
Il y a quand même un léger doute sur le fait qu’une mise à jour des paquets solutionne ton problème, mais c’est fort probable.

Bien que tu aies déjà la dernière version installée parmi celles qui te sont proposées, tu pourras au besoin piocher dans des paquets d’une autre version de Debian, dont les dépots Wheezy-backports, qui ont pour principale raison d’être de résoudre la situation à laquelle tu es peut-être confronté.

Ca n’est pas fatal, mais ce serait bien de nettoyer ça.
Selon la manière dont tu as installé les drivers Nvidia, tu sais peut-être comment les nettoyer. Tu as lancé un .run c’est ça ?
S’il s’agit plutôt de paquet Debian que tu as installé, alors les désinstaller aiderait peut-être.

Ton driver intel est bien chargé, donc pour moi il n’y a pas de soucis et ta carte graphique fonctionne. Tu peux quand même faire un test avec un jeu en 3D (genre, [mono]bloboats[/mono]), ou bien tu lances [mono]glxgears[/mono].

Il faut d’abord s’assurer que tes drivers Intel fonctionnent bien, pour pouvoir affirmer ensuite que c’est Gnome3 qui a un problème et non pas tes drivers.

Je ne connais qu’une manière d’installer: apt-get install …

Car oui, tu peux désinstaller une partie de ces paquets, mais parmi ceux listés, certains te poseront problème (faute au jeu des dépendances entre les paquets)

Yep, ça semble coller, on peut retirer ceux installés manuellement, tente un:

Le [mono]-s[/mono] est un mode simulation, donc même si tu dis oui, aucune opération ne sera effectuée. Tu peux ainsi vérifier qu’il ne te retire pas un nombre trop important de paquets.

Et bien entendu si la simulation est concluante, tu refais la même sans le [mono]-s[/mono] pour le faire réellement ce coup-ci. :wink:

Sinon il faudrait comprendre pourquoi Gnome3 passe en mode fallback bien que tu aies des drivers fonctionnels, ce que tu n’as pas confirmé (avec glxgears ou un jeu comme suggéré).
