Problème d'affichage : Vagues sur l'écran

Bonjour,
Après avoir épluché pas mal de forum sans trouver de réponse, je me décide à venir vous exposer mon problème.

Je précise que je viens de la communauté ubuntu, mais que j’ai soif de libre, et de changement! J’ai donc profité d’un changement de config pour installer une Debian (Jessie 64bits), et là, c’est (presque) le drame.
J’ai un affichage certes dans la bonne résolution (1080p), mais qui fait des “vagues”, qui sont encore plus prononcées lorsqu’il y a mouvement (animations web ou simple souris). Je précise que cela ne me le fait qu’avec la sortie VGA (j’ai testé sur DVI au boulot et pas de problème, sauf qu’à la maison, je n’ai pas d’écran DVI…), et pas seulement sur Debian (aussi sur Xbuntu 64…).
Je penche donc pour un problème de pilote, mais tout ce que j’ai pu tester n’a pas fonctionné.

Ma carte graphique est une intel intégrée

“Des vagues” ? C’est un peu… vague (je sais, elle est facile).
Serait-il possible d’avoir une description un peu plus détaillée du phénomène ?
S’agit-il par exemple d’un mouvement horizontal, vertical, d’une variation de luminosité de couleur, d’une déformation, localisé ou global ?

Effectivement ce n’est pas très explicite!
En fait cela me fait plutôt penser au mouvement d’un drapeau qui flotte dans le vent, avec parfois des déformation de texte.Ce flottement joue sur la luminosité également, qui oscille en suivant le mouvement.

Cela me fait penser à une interférence électromagnétique, d’autant plus si le phénomène ne se produit qu’avec une liaison VGA qui transmet l’image avec des signaux analogiques, plus faciles à perturber que les signaux numériques. Et personnellement j’ai quelques doutes sur la capacité du VGA de tenir les fréquences élevées imposées par la résolution 1080p.

Questions :

Etant donné la remarque précédente, je n’imagine pas un écran 1080p sans entrée numérique (mais pas forcément DVI), avec seulement une entrée VGA. Faut-il comprendre que l’ordinateur n’a pas de sortie numérique de type HDMI ou DisplayPort compatible avec l’écran ?

Tu évoques “un changement de config”, de quelle nature ?

Tu écris que tu as testé des choses, mais quoi ? As-tu testé avec un autre câble VGA ? En VGA avec un autre écran ? Un autre ordinateur sur cet écran en VGA ? Ceci pour vérifier si le problème ne vient pas du câble ou de l’écran.

L’ordinateur et l’écran sont-ils reliés à la même prise de terre ?

J’ai essayé sur un autre écran VGA, au boulot, et j’avais également ce problème.
Malheureusement mon écran fait bien du 1080p mais est uniquement équipé d’une entrée VGA.
Le poste quant à lui dispose de VGA, DVI-D et HDMI.

Le changement de config fait que je suis passé d’un boitier moyen tour au format mini pc, donc changement total de matériel (CM, PROC etc…)

Et mon écran VGA utilisé en sortie de mon pc portable ne pose aucun problème.
