problème de résolution

Bonsoir,
Je posséde un pc portable Hp 6710B avec une carte graphique : Intel® Graphics Media Accelerator X3100.

Je n’arrive pas a choisir la résolution 1280 x 800 dans la liste.

Mon fichier xorg.conf est comme ceci :

J’ai déjà essayer d’installer 915 masi j’ai un message d’erreur quand j’execute 915reolution -l :

pc-portable-dodo-linux:/etc/X11# 915resolution -l

Pour choisir une résolution on peut faire en console :su mot-de-passe-root dpkg-reconfigure xserver-xorget choisir la résolution voulue à l’écran adéquat.
Mais comme le pilote choisi est vesa, je me demande si ce pilote (basique) n’a pas des limitations en résolution. Installer le paquet xserver-xorg-video-i810 serait peut-être une bonne idée.[quote]X.Org X server – Intel i8xx, i9xx display driver

j’ai fais ce que vous m’avez dit de faire et au redémarrage il me dit “no screen found” :s

Au redémarrage recommencer en console avec les droits root le dpkg-reconfigure xserver-xorg et modifier le paramétrage de l’écran. Il y a probablement un truc qui doit coincer à ce niveau.

Bienvenue au club : tu as le même chipset que moi. Je n’ai pas résolu ce pb de résolution. J’ai envoyé un rapport de bug sur le paquet 915resolution. Essaye tjs ce paquet, ça marchera peut-être miraculeusement pour toi (après avoir installé xserver-xorg-video-intel)
Mais ton module n’est pas bon, normalement tu dois choisir “intel” et pas “vesa”. C’est peut-être seulement ça qui le bloque dans ton cas. On m’avait parlé d’un bug spécifique à ma carte mère, tu n’as pas la même, je pense.

D’ailleurs, je pense qu’il est fort possible que le bug soit sur le paquet xserver-xorg-video-intel…

bonjour,
ma version de debian est debian 4 etch

J’ai installer le paquet …xorg-intel et je n’est plus d’interface graphique ni de console ( j’ai un écran vert) d’ou j’ai réinstaller debian et je vais essayer de mettre intel a la place de vesa
