Problème déclaré par hdparm sur iMac (boot très long)

Bonjour ou re bourjour à toutes et tous. Comme je l’ai décris de manière survolé dans ma présentation ici pour-se-presenter-c-est-ici-dans-ce-fil-pas-de-reponses-t12386-1375.html#p445599

J’ai il y’a un mois de cela installé LinuxMint 15 sur mon iMac 27p quad i5 de 2011. J’ai effectuer un install total sur le mac plus d’OSX dessus. La version initial étant Lion.
Tout aller parfaitement bien mis a part deux inversion de touche clavier, et un drviers Ati que je n’ose pas passer un proprio flgrx car si cela plante je n’ai aucune compétence pour dépanné et pas d’autre poste pour aller sur le net…

Aujourd’hui en discutant avec un ami, je lui explique que mon mac mais très très très longtemps pour booter sur ma partition Linux 3 mn en moyenne.
Il me demande donc de lui montrer la commande “hdparm” et la horreur.

Il semblerait qu’il y est quelques soucis :confused:

Cette ami ma conseillé de venir sur un forum Debian et de voir s’il ne vaudrait pas mieux que j’installe une Debian Original. A moins qu’il y est d’autres solution.
Alors si c’est le cas de devoir installer une Debian originel et non une dérivée pourquoi pas , ce sera plus long car pas trop d’expériences, mais je ferai en sorte d’apprendre petit à petit.

Quel est votre analyse de tout ça , Debian ou pas Debian, problème subventionnable autrement ?

Commence par démarrer sur un live cd comme sysrescue cd et effectue un test du dit disque à l’aide d’un smartctl.

ce que tu nous à posté n’est que le résumé des options disponible pour hdparm afin de tuner la gestion de ton disque.

Concernant le problème de lenteur il est de quel registre, vraiment très long et lent ou simplement subjectif en comparaison de ton ancien OS à pomme.

Non il n’y a pas de souci, tu as juste tapé la commande sans arguments et elle te donne son mode d’emploi en retour :stuck_out_tongue:

Ceci étant ce n’est pas forcément la commande à lancer en premier pour savoir d’ou vient la lenteur de boot de ta machine.

Il serait plus utile de copier/coller, juste après un boot, le contenu renvoyé par :

Clochette: J’ai fait une install depuis un clef usb mais la clef est deja reformaté pour une autre utilité, sans doute une erreur de ma part. POurquoi une clef par ce que j’avais pas de soucis avec les install LiveCD

Alors deja sous lion le démarrage était pas très rapide, je dirais sensiblement. C’est comme si il demarait un première OS puis un second Os dans la foulé.

il y a déjà donc presque 2x20 = 40 secondes de ralentissement en lançant Xorg!

pour le premier, j’ai l’impression qu’il met anormalement longtemps avant de détecter ton écran.

pour le deuxième, je ne connais pas cette erreur, il faudrait googler ça si tu veux
(xkb, ça a rapport avec le clavier)

je suis branché avec clavier usb mac lors de l’installation j’ai sélectionné la configue de mon clavier qui est “Clavier mac français” j’ai d’ailleurs toujours une inversion des touches < et @. pas plus dérangeant que cela . Mais cela peut t’il poser pb? Je ne sais pas . En revanche mon clavier est branché sur un extension port usb qui comporte 4 port usb branché en usb sur le mac. Sans doute vaut il meiux que je branche le clavier directement sur le port usb mac.

En revanche je me demande si je n’aurai pas fait sauter la partition bios du mac c’est une partition de 250 mega. D’ou peut-être les erreurs rencontré.

Au niveau de l’os je n’ai pas installé les pilotes proriétaires “fglrx” je suis toujours avec les pilotes Xorg. Mais je doute que cela ai une quelconque influence au boot du mac dans la reconnaissance matériel puisque que pas encore démarrer sur la partition linux .

Alors si cela vient de la partition Bios ils sont propriétaire et la je suis pas dans le caca.

Je continue de faire des recherche sur les indications que tu m’as donné

edit: je viens de changer mon clavier de port USB pour le connecter directement sur le port USB à l’arrière de iMac et redémarré . Alors j’ai eu l’impression que cela allé sensiblement plus vite

j’ai donc tout de suite apres redémarrage repris les journaux sytème notamment le fichier Xorg.0.log voici le resultat

Bien que je ne comprenne pas tout, je m’aperçois qu’il y a pas mal de ligne ou il est noté “No input driver specified, ignoring this device.”

Tes problèmes n’ont aucun rapport avec la partition Mac.

d’après ton dernier fichier Xorg.0.log, le problème reste entier

essaye d’installer les pilotes ATI proprio (facile avec Mint)

J’espere que cela ne posera pas de probleme parce que si j’ai pus rien du tout je n’ai pas les compétences pour réparer à par refaire l’installe

Le gestionnaire de pilotes me propose deux sortes de pilotes,
Le fglrx version 2:9.010ubuntu 3
et le fglrx 2:9.012unbuntu1

lequel je met ?

ils en recommendent un des deux?
prends le premier dans le doute.

si jamais au reboot, tu n’as plus d’affichage Xorg, tu peux démarrer Linux en mode secours (ou “failsafe”)

Euuuuh il faut appyer sur une touche en particulier car je n’ai pas d’affichage de grubs au demarrage . Lorsque j’allume l’ordi j’ai un ecran tres longtemps au moins deux minutes, puis un ecran noir 1 a deux seconde, puis ecran noir avec un prompt, et la la partition linux démarre direct pour ensuite arriver dans le Mdm .

pour avoir le menu de Grub il faut laisser appuyé la touche SHIFT droite au boot

Edit: Me voila de retour, l’installation des driver fglrx (le 1er de la liste) a parfaitement fonctionné.
Deja je n’ai plus de superposition en mode reduit de l’affiche (par exemple de chromimum) lorsque je l’ouvre.

Bon sinon l’exposé bureau et les changement de bureau crée des soucis d’affichage aussi et aucune différence sur le temps de démarrage

J’ai continué mes recherche pour finalement tombé sur le forum Ubuntu dans cette article doc.ubuntu-fr.org/catalyst
J’ai téléchargé les pilotes sur le site Amd, certain dise qu’il ne sont pas compatible avec les kernel superieur à 3.4
Mais cela depasse vraiment mes compétences. :cry:

j’aimerais vraiment t’aider mais sans être devant la machine, ce genre de problèmes est difficile à régler…

je pense qu’il faut te tourner vers des spécialistes de cette distro, sur le forum Mint et Ubuntu :wink:

POur l’instant j’ai remis les pilotes libres. Il s’avère malheureusement que nous sommes beaucoup dans mon cas. Certain(es) en viennent même à acheter une carte Nvidia à la place. Dans mon cas se serait compliquer et tres cher sur mac. Ati fais de moins en moi de pilotes pour linux, et les derniers son surtout fait pour les Kernels 3.4 et non 3.6-3.8
C’est ce qui en ressort de toutes mes recherche et des échange sur les différents forum dont celui de mint fr
Les articles et wiki chez ubuntu date un peu. Et non son pas vraiment en relation avec les pilotes actuel de chez AMD et les kernels actuel…
Donc wait and see. Si je vois que cela prends vraiment la tête je réinstallerai osx mais pour vendre le Mac et prendre un portable ou pc avec matériel certifier linux par chez Pc Ubuntoo qui vends des pportables ou pc sans Os si besoin. pcubuntoo.fr/index.php?option=co … &Itemid=76
