problème hp-toolbox

Bonjour,

J’ai une imprimant HP avec debian 7.1. J’ai installé hplip et hplip-gui.
L’imprimante fonctionne mais pas l’interface graphique d’hplip. Une icone existe bien dans gnome mais rien ne se passe lorsque je clique.
Et en terminal la commande hp-toolbox me renvoi un message d’erreur que je ne comprend pas

Çà n’a pas l’air de passionner les foules :laughing: bon je me lance.

:~$ hp-check sera peut-être plus bavard sur les erreurs. Mais si ton imprimante fonctionne, c’est bien l’essentiel.
As-tu essayé jeté un œil sur les dernières versions d’ hplip sur leur site ? ils en sont à la 3.13.9.

pour vérifier python pointe bien sur python2.7 et non python3

Désinstalle et réinstalle hplip, qui réinstallera peut être un paquet manquant python.

J’ai bien python 2.7

hp-check
M’indique que hplip n’est pas compatible avec debian 7.1 et propose de mettre la version 6.
Ceci dit je comprends pas tout ce que renvoi cette commande.

Je crois avoir compris qu’il faudrait la dernière version de hplip la 3.13.9. Je l’avais bien installé en suivant les instruction du site HP mais lorsque j’installe hplip-gui avec synaptic il n’installe d’office la version précédente d’hplip.

Les deux versions restent installées comme le montre (je crois)

Je te conseillerai de suivre le lien que j’ai placé dans mon premier message > hplip http://hplipopensource.com/hplip-web/install_wizard/index.html, et de bien suivre l’installation , à un moment on te demande si tu veux désinstaller la précédente version, pour la remplacer par la dernière afin d’éviter les conflits. Rep:Yes. Pour mon imprimante, le hplip des dépôts ne suffit pas, par contre la version 9, ne m’apporte rien, j’ai conservé la version 8. Mais celà dépend de ton modèle d’imprimante.
Tout est dans la sélection.

Les paquets hplip et libhpmud0 sont-ils bien installés ?
Dans la même version ?
