Problème: pas de son

Bonjour,

Je suis débutant avec Linux, je viens d’installer Debian. Mon ordinateur portable de marque fujitsu-siemens amilo la 1703 était livré avec windows vista.

J’ai d’abord installé windows XP et ai perdu le son, la carte audio n’était pas détectée. J’ai ensuite essayé fedora core 8 sans son non plus (alors que la carte était pourtant reconnue) puis j’ai installé Debian 4.0. Il n’y a toujours pas de son.

Pouvez vous m’aider à diagnostiquer le problème, je n’ai aucune idée d’ou ça peut provenir.

il faut nous mettre aussi le resultat de la commande lsmod qui liste le nom des modules chargé. Installe aussi alsa puis lance un alsaconf là il devrait afficher pendant la conf le ou les modules à charger

Et si je lance alsaconf en super-utilisateur, je me retrouve avec un écran bleu et il me demande des autorisation (modifier le driver et la detection de la carte son) il me donne ça:

Ca me parait bizarre que ma carte soit morte, le son à été supprimé juste quand j’ai changé de système d’exploitation !!!Est ce possible que ça l’ai détruite ??

(…)[/quote] Tel que tu le disais j’ai compris que tu avais installé xp, avec le son, et qu’aprés ça elle s’etait mise à ne plus répondre.
Sinon, tu as vérifié dans ton mixeur que les canaux étaient activés ?
Les affectations des canaux sont aussi parfois trompeuses.
Et les différents volumes ?
Comment testes tu le son ?

Si c’est ça en fait, avec vista, elle marchait nickel (j’ai oublié de précisé que j’ai installé ubuntu après, elle marchait toujours) mon ordi était neuf.
Puis j’ai installé XP (environ une semaine), là, elle n’a pas été détectée. Ensuite j’ai installé fédora core 8, puis Debian.

J’ai verifié pour le mixeur(gmix gnome 2.0 mixeur et gnome alsa mixeur) . Je ne sais pas ce que sont les canaux. Tout est à fond.

Pour tester le son, je lance youtube sur internet et j’ai aussi essayé de taper speaker-test dans un terminal. Dans les deux cas je n’ai rien.

Et quelque chose m’intrique, quand je lance le moniteur de volume dans “Application>Son et video”, je recoit un message d’erreur:

En plus d’avoir des curseurs pour le niveau, tu dois avoir un bouton associé (des petits hauts parleurs) pour couper l’arrivée d’un son (cd, synthé, midi, etc…) ou de tous les sons (master).
Enfin je ne connais pas bien gnome, donc…

En fait, je ne sais pas comment activer et affecter les canaux et verifier qu’ils le soient.

En fait, sur gmix, le peripherique choisi est HDA VIA VT82xx (Alsa mixer) et dans édition> Préférence, il y a écrit “choisir les pistes à afficher” et j’ai trois petites cases cochées: master, pcm, capture.

EDIT: Ca y est, je vois les petits hauts parleurs, ils ne sont pas sur silencieux.

Pour le mixer, regardes plutot avec alsamixer pour tester le son, utilises aplay

J’ai installé alsamixer, il n’y a rien (je veux dire pas de son).

Taper aplay dans un terminal (en normal et en su ne donne rien).

C’est bizarre, après redémarrage, si je tape aplay, je reçois ça:

bon. Pas d’autre idée pour l’instant.
Tu n’as pas essayé la reinstall de vista (c’est long et con si c’est pour reinstaller debian derrière, mais s’il faut aller au bout du diagnostic…

Bah en fait c’est pas possible, là je suis à l’étranger, je n’ai pas les cd d’install de vista avec moi donc ça ne se fera pas avant un long moment.

C’est sûr que pour faire marcher une carte son, à distance, ce n’est peut être pas la meilleure situation :mrgreen:
