STOP, tu es sur un serveur OVH, regarde l’ordre simplement de boot, je te parie que le kernel de OVH est en priorité haute pour le choix par défaut de boot.

Soit tu le désinstalle (attends de voir si celui que tu viens d’installer démarre correctement) soit tu change l’ordre de boot du kernel.
Tu n’a pas une DRAC, Ilo, KVM tu pourra lors du boot comme ça forcé le démarrage sur le nouveau pour tester).

Je n’ai pas de fichier menu.lst dans les dossiers /boot/grub/

Suis donc ce tuto que j’avais fait à l’époque, [mono]en adaptant[/mono] ce dernier.
