C’est le vlc du dépôt multimedia ou de debian. Il me semble qu’il y a des problèmes récurrents avec celui de multimedia.
C’est un fourcc banal pourtant, tu peux éventuellement le modifier
Même chose depuis quelque temps, du coup j’utilise tout le temps Mplayer.
Il permet cependant de lire les DVD, mais ça rend mal, très pixélisé…

C’est le vlc qui merdouille, installe le vlc d’Etch: VLC media player 0.8.6a Janus il ne pose pas de souci.

Les versions de VLC dans Etch, Lenny et Sid fonctionnent tres bien mais il est important d’utiliser les libs de Debian et non les lib de Debian-Multimedia.

VLC ne fonctionne pas car tu utilise les libs de Debian-Multimedia.
Pour changer ceci exécute ceci :
Après avec ton user habituel, il faut supprimer le cache des plugins
Après ceci, VLC devrait fonctionner convenablement.
Et il faudra modifier la preference de Debian-Multimedia pour quel soit toujours infrieurs au dépot Debian officiel.

je me demande si lors de ma dernière installation de Lenny et après avoir modifié mon sources.list, je n’ai pas laissé faire une mise-à-jour qui m’a installé ces lib de multimedia. je vais certainement avoir un pb un de ces jours.
en effet ça marche.
J’ai modifié la priorité des dépôts multimedia et j’envisage même de les supprimer (je m’en sert très peu et ils sont indisponibles à 90% chez moi).
