Je souhaite installé Debian sur un laptop MSI avec l’option acpi=off dés le départ de la procèdure.
Est-ce possible ?

Il te faudra, avant le démarrage du programme d’installation,
éditer la ligne de commande de lancement du noyau (kernel)
pour y ajouter acpi=off
Une fois l’installation terminée,
pour que le système redémarre avec ce paramètre de lancement du noyau,
modifier le fichier /boot/grub/grub.cfg
pour l’ajouter sur la ligne de lancement du noyau,
et enfin, pour que chaque nouveau noyau installé prenne en compte cette option,
l’ajouter dans le fichier /etc/default/grub
en modifiant la ligne suivante :
GRUB_CMDLINE_LINUX_DEFAULT="quiet"
par
GRUB_CMDLINE_LINUX_DEFAULT="quiet acpi=off"
en veillant à supprimer, si il en avait un,
le caractère # qui serait au début de cette ligne.

Puisque ton système semble installé,
le plus simple est de le faire faire par la commande update-grub
Il suffira, dans le fichier /etc/default/grub
de modifier d’abord la ligne :
GRUB_CMDLINE_LINUX_DEFAULT="quiet"
par
GRUB_CMDLINE_LINUX_DEFAULT="quiet acpi=off"
pour ensuite,
lancer la commande
update-grub
En fait je passe par chroot avec ubuntu

remplace la fin de chaque ligne se terminant par :
ro quiet

et remplace la fin de chaque ligne se terminant par :
ro single

ro single acpi=off
et dans le fichier /etc/default/grub de ton système debian
remplace la ligne :
GRUB_CMDLINE_LINUX_DEFAULT="quiet"
