[RESOLU] PB à la mise à jour Xorg 7.3 avec une radeon 9200

Bonjour,

Après un aptitude dist-upgrade, mon xorg à été mis à jour pour la version 7.3. Cela s’est bien passé mais depuis plus moyen d’utiliser l’extension xv de Xorg. Du coup avec tvtime plus d’image (le son est OK) et je doit utiliser par exemple l’extension gl de mplayer ou vlc pour voir des video. Cela est assez pénible car cela prend plein de ressources.

Certains d’entre vous ont-t il eu des problème similaires ? des idées pour le résoudre ou le diagnositquer ?

quand je lance xvinfo je vois pas de problèmes évident (d’un autre coté j’y comprends pas grand chose)

pourrais tu donner plus d’informations s’il te plait comme par exemple la branch debian sous laquelle tu es (ex: etch, lenny ou sid).

concernant mplayer :

$ mplayer -vo help
$ mplayer -vo x11 video.avi

ne marche pas ?

Bonjour,

Effectivement cela aidera à la compréhension. J’ai une debian sid. Mon problème n’est pas de voir des vidéo j’y arrive bien avec les driver gl ou X11 de mplayer ou vlc. Mais quand j’utilise Xv cela permet de soulager nettement mon processeur et le rendu est plus agréable à l’oeil.

As tu essayé d’installer les drivers de ATI?

J’ai fait un tuto par ici : generation-debian.org/forums … t=45#p3208

Ca pourrait p-e arrangé les problemes.

J’y avais pensé mais ma carte n’est pas supporté par ce nouveau driver. Il faut rester avec le driver libre. Ce qui ne me dérange pas ;o)
