comment faire un rules pour 2 easycap ayant les meme caracteristiques ( n° serie, etc …)
j’ai pensée par les numeros de port usb , mais je ne vois pas comment
pouvez vous m’aider ?

Si ces appareils sont vus comme des périphériques dans /dev/, tu peux utiliser la commande suivante pour afficher les attributs sur lesquels une règle udev pourrait se baser.

A première vue les seuls éléments différenciant les deux périphériques l’un de l’autre sont KERNEL et ATTR{devpath}, qui font tous les deux référence à la position dans l’arbre des périphériques USB.

Quel est le but de la ou des règles udev que tu veux créer ?

j’aimerai que, en laissant toujours sur les memes port usb ( que j’aurai identifié physiquement ) , video0 à pour camera 1 et video1 à pour camera 2 et pas l’inverse au redemarrage par exemple

je ne vois pas grande différence , mais je n’ai pas l’œil affuté

Comme déjà dit plus haut, la seule différence est dans le chemin de connexion USB.
Je ne suis pas spécialiste des règles udev, mais d’après ce que j’ai lu on ne peut pas renommer les périphériques présents dans /dev, seulement les interfaces réseau (qui ne sont pas des périphériques au sens Unix et ne sont donc pas dans /dev). On peut par contre créer un lien symbolique (symlink) de nom fixe qui pointe vers le bon périphérique de nom variable.

Par exemple dans un fichier /etc/udev/rules.d/video.rules

Cela devrait créer les liens symboliques /dev/videoA et /dev/videoB pointant chacun vers le périphérique connecté au port USB correspondant.
Le choix des critères est globalement arbitraire, on peut en choisir d’autres.

bon j’ai essayé , pas concluant il ne fait pas de symlink , mais j’ai un autre probleme plus important ,
pour l’entrée video j’utilise usbtv007 , bien reconnu par debian 9.5 , quand je fais :

Il y avait une faute de frappe dans mes lignes pour créer les symlinks : il fallait écrire SUBSYSTEMS=="usb" au lieu de SUBSYSTEMS="usb" (== pour une comparaison au lieu de = pour une affectation).
