Un excellente solution: tu installes ProFtpd et webmin.
Proftpd est un serveur ftp très performant, qui se configure selon le même schéma que Apache (mêmes directives, même syntaxe…)
Webmin te permettra de configurer et administrer ton ftp wia une interface web, il y a des modules webmin dédiés spécialement pour ça.
