XBMC ne lit plas certains DVD

Salut la communauté !

Je viens vous voir car j’ai remarqué un petit problème sur mon installation XBMC. La plupart des DVD que j’ai sont lus sans problèmes. Sauf un : écran noir, sans son … A titre comparatif, j’ai essayé de le lire sur un autre pc (portable avec ubuntu, 11.10) et la, ça marche.
J’ai voulu comparer les versions des librairies (libdvdcss2, libdvdread4, libdvdnav4) voir si le problème ne venait pas de la, mais elles étaient toutes plus récentes sur mon installation avec XBMC.

Voila plus de détails concernant le pc faisant tourner xbmc :
debian stable avec kernel 2.6.32-5-amd64
XBMC installé via les dépôts stable de debian-multimedia

est ce que ça vient bien de XBMC ?
Le fait que ton DVD soit lisible avec XBMC sur un autre PC ne prouve qu’une chose, c’est que ton lecteur DVD a du mal à lire ce DVD là.

Essayes de le lire avec un logiciel de création de fichier ISO et regardes si il t’annonce des erreurs de lecture sur ce DVD.
Ça permettra déjà d’écarter cet éventuel problème.

Dans ton log, il semble que XBMC a des soucis pour trouver le son en français
Essayes de mettre une autre langue par défaut, pour voir si ça fait pareil.

Le lecteur de DVD ne peut pas être mis en cause : c’est le même lecteur externe branché en USB qui a servit à la lecture sur les 2 pcs.
Concernant la langue : je n’arrive pas à le lire, donc je ne peux pas changer de langue.

Reste comme solutions :

  • XBMC en lui même qui pose problème. J’ai donc essayé la version des depots testing de debian multimedia (xbmc 10.1+git20110912-0.1) et j’ai le même souci.
  • un problème de librairie utiisée par xbmc pour la lecture du dvd
  • ou alors …

J’ai eu un problème similaire, et la solution dans mon cas s’est avérée être de décocher l’option «Tenter de sauter l’intro avant le menu du DVD» dans Système->Paramètres->Vidéo->DVDs.
