Détection d'écrans :s

Bonjour à tous,
J’ai vu qu’il y avait déjà eu quelques postes et des solutions proposé ce sujet, mais je ne parviens pas à trouver de solutions :s

Je viens d’installer debian avec gdm3 sur un nouvel ordinateur portable, mais lorsque je branche mon second écran en vga dessus il ne détecte rien et celui ci affiche “no signal”. Pourtant avec mon ancien portable tout fonctionnait parfaitement. Je ne sais pas d’ou ça vient, il se pourrai de ce que j’ai compris que ça vienne des pilotes de la carte graphique.

Mon nouveau portable est un Asus Aspire v3 772G avec un i7 et une nvidia geforce gtx 760m.
L’ancien avait une nvidia gforce 210m.

Si qqun se sent le cœur à m’aider je suis à l’écoute

Salut,

Avec une répose “no signal” j’irais tout de suite voir dans le bios si la sortie VGA est activée

D’accord je viens d’aller voir, en faisant F2 au demarrage, mais rien pour configurer les peripheriques :confused:
Et j’ai constaté que ca ne s’appelait pas BIOS là, mais Insyde20H Setup utility, ceci dit c est peut etre la meme chose.

Edit: Il semblerai que dans une version anterieur de insydeh20 setup utility (3.5) il y ai un onglet “advanced” ou l’on peut intervenir sur les peripheriques.
Mais ds la version que j’utilise (3.7) il n’y a pas.

De plus, j’avais oublier de le mentionner mais lors de mon premier boot quand windows etait installer le deuxieme ecran etait detecté, ce qui exclu peut etre la porté dans le bios ?

Une remarque, sur debian dans parametre => affichage l’ecran de l’ordinateur portable esst en “Inconnu” et je ne peux changer sa résolution, bien que celle-ci me convienne.

Je ne sais pas si cela peut vous aider à y voir plus clair.

As-tu le même résultat si tu branches ton écran externe PC éteint, et que tu démarres ensuite le PC?

En tous les cas, il faudrait copier le contenu de /var/log/Xorg.0.log (après avoir branché l’écran externe)

Et voir aussi ce que dit [mono]xrandr[/mono]

Oui ca le problème est le même lorsque je branche le second écran au portable éteint et que je l allume ensuite.

Le [mono]lspci[/mono] n’est nécessaire qu’une fois, à moins que tu ne changes de carte graphique entre temps ou qqch comme ça. Les écrans n’y sont pas listés, lspci. ( fr.wikipedia.org/wiki/Periphera … terconnect )

[mono]dmidecode[/mono] est effectivement demandé dans le post de “règles”, mais je m’étais déjà demandé pourquoi. Il est long et ne doit pas parler à beaucoup de gens ici. Idem, à ne proposer qu’une fois.

Tu as installé les drivers proprios Nvidia ? Il y a des chances pour que l’installation ne se soit pas faite correctement.

Merci Zbf d’avoir pris du temps aussi pr traiter mon problème. A agentsteel et ggoodluck47 aussi.

J’ai en effet essayer d’installer les pilotes Nvidia propri pour voir si ca rélai le soucis mais visiblement non et s’il sont mal installer en +.

Une petit chose en plus au cas ou ca puisse aider aussi. Il me semble bien que de base ca soit les pilotes mesa qui soit installé, mais lors de mon premier demarrage de gnome, je n’ai pas accéder à a gnome 3 une petit notification me disant que il y avait surement un probleme de “la carte graphique ou son pilote n’est pas installer” je ne sais plus bien le notification était caché.
Ensuite normalment lors de l’install de debian ene mode graphique normalement je peux voir sur le second écran la meme chose que sur celui du portable (en tout cas ca le faisait avec l ancien portable) et la ça n’est pas le cas.

Je vais tester une reinstallation.
La je viens de tester une isntallation d’archlinux sur une partition et au debut de l’install le second écran est bien fonctionnel. Mais seuleument le second.
Je retest avec la debian.

Je sais que c’est peut être un peu hors sujet mais si ca peut m’aider à résoudre le soucis, j’ai du coup reinstaller debian et cette fois les drivers nvidia optimus avec :

en suivant les instructions du wiki https://wiki.debian.org/fr/Bumblebee puisque mon porable correspond.

Mais dans le wiki on ne me demande pas d’éditer “X configuration”.
J’ai ensuite installer nvidia-xconfig et lancer en ‘root’ et fait un “service gdm3 restart” => la il ne se relance pas. Je fais un Alt+F1 me log et lorsque je lance un startx => il ne se lance pas :

xinit: giving up xinit: unable to connect to X server: Connection refused xinit: server error (je fais tout ca en root)

et lors d’un service gdm3 start

Petite indication supplementaire, j’ai donc essayer d’installer archlinux sur une autre partition.
Premier screen s’affiche sur le portable et ensuite l’écran du portable semble s’éteindre et rien… cependant pour vérifier je branche le vga du second écran et surprise c’est sur le deuxieme ecran que je peux continuer.
J’ai vraiement du mal comprendre ce qu il se passe.

Pour installer correctement une Nvidia je ne connais qu’une seule méthode simple : Utiliser la méthode dites des “fainéants” préconisée sur le wiki.
1 - Elle créé un xorg.conf si on lui demande d’installer le pilote nouveau
2 - Elle fait le ménage si on lui demande d’installer le pilote "dernier cri"
3 - Et enfin elle installe le pilote dernier dernier si elle a fait le ménage à la demande précédente :slightly_smiling:

On peut alors "bricoler le xorg.conf pour obtenir de lui la gestion de plusieurs écrans :slightly_smiling:

Je ne vois pas du coup ma carte nvidia.
J’ai tout de même tenté avec intel. Mais ça casse xserver, gdm3 tourne bien mais rien à l’écran et lors d’un startx j’ai une erreur (qui m’est familiere, vu des forum) avec le xorg.0.log xorg.conf et /usr/share/X11/xorg.conf.d
