[Fini]Vmware player Installation

Bonjour j’ai essayé plusieurs site et j’ai cherché
mais a chaque fois cela ne marche pas
pourriez vous me donnez un site ou une aide pour l’installer
sachant que je voudrai essayer plusieurs OS
heu juste un truc si y a un logiciel qui marche mieux vous pouvez me le dire aussi

hum je dirai que ça rien a voir
wine est un “emulateur de la couche atapi” ça ne fonctionne que pour “emuler windows” ça lance donc les programmes normalement comme les prgm linux
et vmware simule un pc entier tu peux simulé linux, unix, xp dessus
mais je crois que tu le savais non?
enfin ça répond pas a mes questions: ce lien ne detaille que l’installation pas le post-installation

que faire?

Juste un mot pour dire qu’avec vmplayer on ne sait pas installer une os, on sait juste le faire démarrer avec une [size=100]vmware appliance[/size] (os pré-installée par vmware workstation).
Pour installer un os, il faut vmware workstation qui est payant.

hum je comprends pas ce qu’est une vmware appliance
en tout cas tout ce que je peux te dire c’est que sous ubuntu
on installé le paquet vmwareplayer on lancer vmware , on mettait le cd de windows dans le lecteur et on pouvait l’installer ça marche avec le reste d’ailleurs
je l’ai fait et j’ai fait tourner windows comme ça

hum c’est vrai que c’est un peu embrouillé mais mon dernier problème c’est celui la

installs le module-assistant, fais un m-a update;m-a preparece qui va t’installer proprement les headers pour ton noyau, et relances ta config.

tu as bien un répertoire /usr/src/???-headers-2.6.17-2-486 ?
Si oui alors remplace /usr/src/linux par le chemin vers ce répertoire.
Ca DOIT marcher, c’est vmware qui est trés bête (ça ne m’étonne pas).

apt-cache search kernel-headers ( de ta version du noyau)
s’il les trouve pas c:

apt-cache search linux-headers (de ta version du noyau)

une fois trouvé c:

apt-get install kernel-headers-ton_noyau ou

ensuite tu indique le chemin des includes (headers) a vmware player
