k3b qui plante les systèmes

Je trouve cette question très complexe. Voyons:

Quand le problème s’est montré aussi chez Debian, Je suis allé voir si k3e était dans /home/share/apps et il n’était pas là, et malgré cela il y avait le planntage. Or, aujourd’hui il était là et je l’ai mis à la corbeille, et j’ai vidé la corbeille et k3b a démarré en terminal. Ce qui ne veut pas dire que cela se repète.

J’ai les résultats des commandes demandées, mais le forum ne me permets pas d’envoyer des images avec une taille visible, je ne sais pas si c’est ma faute. Il ne me permets que des images 320x240, qui sont très petites et qu’il est très difficile de comprendre. J’utilise imageshack.us/

Lorsque je lance la commande grep sur une capture d’écran, ce dernier mouline dans la choucroute.
Ce n’est pas la peine de nous fournir des captures d’écrans illisibles à nos yeux de lynx à vue perçante ou de taupes à cannes blanches, lorsque du TEXTE suffit.
Les captures d’écrans à mauvais escient sont une nuisance. De plus , tu nous renvoies vers un site extérieur amateur de crapauds coassant.
Nous ne voulons pas voir quelle fonte tu utilises sur ton terminal ni ton fond d’écran, nous voulons lire le contenu des rapports pour avoir des indices à propos de ce supposé “crash system”. S’il te plait, pas de captures, du simple TEXTE, voilà tout ce qu’il nous faut.

k3b émanant de kde, tu ne seras pas surpris d’apprendre que les fichiers de config de k3b sont rangés dans le sous-compartiment .kde
de ton $HOME. Le dossier .kde est caché.
Le lien tiré du forum ubuntu résolvant un problème indépendant du tien conseille de supprimer $HOME/.kde/share/apps/k3b.
Personnellement, pour reprendre les réglages de k3b je supprimerais plutôt $HOME/.kde/share/config/k3brc …

Bien, du calme. Voyons: Si tout plante, si rien ne bouge, il ne me reste qu’à prendre une photo de l’ecran, la passer vers l’ordinateur et chercher comment l’envoyer et je ne connais que ce procès indiqué. S’il y en a d’autre, Je n’ai qu’à remercier qui me le fera connaître. Mais sur les captures d’écran, je remercie la méthode. J’insiste, pourtant: Quand k3b fait bloquer le systeme, il n’y a aucune possibilité de faire une capture, car rien ne fonctionne, je le repète.
Donc la question maintenant est: Comment envoyer une image (=une photo) du terminal, visible, si le forum ne permet qu’une image avec les dimensions dont j’ai parlé. Du texte, pas question, dans ces conditions. Autant que je sache!

Si tu tiens tant à nous nuire par tes captures, tu pourrais réduire la nuisance en envoyant les captures sur le forum en pièces jointes comme tu le ferais dans un mail.

Tu navigues dans ton système local pour trouver la capture puis tu cliques sur
"insérer dans le message".


Je te redis ma préférence pour du TEXTE.
Pour pouvoir accéder aux logs afin de nous donner une quelconque trace de ce vilain crash et obtenir le TEXTE qu’on te réclame à cors et à cris, suite au crash du système tu démarres un knoppix ou une de tes installations debain-nulix, dumbuntu, fedodo, archinul ou n’importe quelle autre distribution linux, tu montes la partition contenant /var/log et tu soumets les rapports aux fourches caudines de cat ou zcat.

Exemple

mkdir /debain-nulix

mount /dev/sd?? /debain/nulix

$ cd /debain-nulix/var/log
$ cat dmesg
$ cat syslog

Tu fais de même pour consulter /debain-nulix/home/???/.kde/share/apps/k3b/lastlog.log
pour voir s’il y a des indices sur le plantage.

On va essayer de faire une synthèse car j’y comprends plus rien.
On t’as demandé de faire des tests mais on a pas les retour de ce que tu as fait.

Le seul truc que tu nous dis c’est que tu as supprimé un fichier k3e dans /home/share/apps et que tu as pu lancer k3b.
Je suis pas sous debian mais comme l’a écrit etxeberrizahar, mes fichiers de conf sont dans les memes dossiers que lui. Je connais pas /home/share/apps/k3e. Je suppose que tu as voulu écrire que tu as supprimé le dossier home/nereu/.kde (ou .kde4)/share/apps/k3b?
Essaye d’être précis quand tu réponds.
Est-ce que si tu supprime ce dossier avant chaque lancement de k3b ca fonctionne?

Ensuite oublie tes captures d’écran car si tu ne peux les prendre que quand k3b fonctionne, ca va pas nous aider de voir des logs sans erreur.

Que retourne “groups nereu”?

Sur la suppression de k3b, J’ai appris cela ici et j’ai fait ce que krufaf a dit, ni plus ni moins, c’est à dire, j’ai effacé k3b, et rien de plus.

Si cela resout le problème? Je l’ai déjà dit: Parfois oui, parfois non, mais non généralement.

Entre ces deux dates, je ne vois pas de traces de crash ni d’alarmes concernant le graveur.
Recouper les logs.
Note les heures des crash de k3b et les mentions “crash” apparaissant dans le retour de

Ce sont les rapports à l’heure des crashs qui seraient intéressants, ceux de ta session en cours qui ne signalent pas de problème avec k3b ne sont pas de grand secours.

Cause et conséquence.
Arrêt est-il causé par le crash ou le crash cause-t-il l’arrêt ?
Un arrêt forcé est considéré comme “crash”.
Le “crash” enregistré peut être causé par extinction brutale sans autre cause autre que l’arrêt forcé alors que le système n’était frappé d’aucune panne.

k3b plante tout le système ou c’est toi qui plantes tout le système à cause de K3b ou X plantés ? Les logs ici produits ne sauraient éclaircir le mystère.
Je te répète le conseil d’essayer de te connecter par ssh pour voir si le système répond lors des gels provoqués par k3b.

Je ne suis pas un expert, je n’ai jamais fait ça. J’ai consulté ceci http://aide.lautre.net/Se-connecter-en-SSH qui 'm’a proposé d’ouvrir une machine viruelle qui serait dans le menu, mais non, elle n’est pas là. Et il serait certes dangereux de me mettre à manipuler mon reseau sans savoir exactement ce que je fais.

Entre temps, sur le plantage: Je le dit depuis le début: Soit je clique sur k3b dans le menu, soit j’écris k3b sur une console, le programme démarre avec sa fenêtre, généralement noir, pour immédiatement s’arrêter, avec la souris, qui s’immobilise sur l’ecran et un clavier totalement mort. Rien d’autre à faire sinon presser le bouton d’arrêt de l’ordinateur, lequel arrêt demande, curieusement, assez plus de temps que lors d’un arrêt normal.

Une idee m’est venue: Ne serait-il pas possible que ce problème ait à voir avec l’évolution de kd3-3 vers kde-4? Car j’utilise k3b depuis 2006, et jamais je n’ai eu ce problème.

Tu arretes en laissant appuyer sur le bouton ou bien, tu appuies simplement dessus et l’ordinateur réagit et s’arretes proprement?

Dans le 1 er cas: Tu peux recupèrer les logs de l’ancienne session et viser le passage juste avant que ça plante.

Dans le 2 ème cas: Ton système n’est pas gelé completement puisque le signal ACPI est pris en compte. Si c’est ça, il faut que tu essaies de créer un nouvel utilisateur. Si tu utilises k3b depuis 2006 avec tout tes systèmes, il y a peut être un fichier de configuration foireux. Crée un nouvel utilisateur juste pour voir.

Bien, on va falloir suspendre cette discussion à cause du passage de Noel mais je vois que j’ai des difficultés à me faire comprendre que l’unique façon de sortir d’une session qui ne me mène nulle part c’est de faire arrêter la machine en pressant le bouton qui la mets en marche tout au début. Ce n’est pas la façon adéquate de faire arrêter un ordinateur mais il n’y a pas d’autre solution.
Quant à créer un nouveau utilisateur, Je l’ai déjà fait et cela plante toujours.
