j’ai installé Debian mais malheureusement elle ne reconnait pas ma carte reseau comme Gentoo et impossible de configurer à l’instal

Si quelqu’un connait comment configurer mon reseau ?
J’ai cru comprendre qu’il y avait des cartes reseau pas chere et compatible Linux ???

Bon, revenons à ton pb. Si tu veux avoir une aide efficace, il faut donner des renseignements sur ton matos (ta carte réseau).
Donc, en console (et sous root), que te donne :
#ifconfig et
Tout ça pour avoir des renseignements précis sur ta carte réseau (c’est dans ce but que belga te conseillais, mais je ne suis pas sûr que tu ais lshw d’installé) , afin de savoir quel module charger pour qu’elle fonctionnne…pour pouvoir t’aider en somme.
Bref, de la précision !!
(A ce propos, lis ça )
PS: pour être sous root en console:
tu tapes su, et il te demande ton mot de passe root, que tu donnes…

et envoie nous ce que ça donne.
Au fait, si Gentoo la reconnaissait, c’est qu’elle est compatible, alors autant essayer de la faire fonctionner avt de courrir en acheter une autre !

Tu comptes essayer un jour ces commandes:
ifconfig et dmesg | grep eth 
tu ouvres un terminal et tu tapes les commandes
c’est pas difficile.

Je réinstalle Debian en dual boot et j’te fais signe .
Au faite,c’est Ubuntu qui m’a installé sans Pb !
Excuse moi encore.
bah ubuntu et gentoo c’est pareil …non…

Pourquoi,Ubuntu s’installe et reconnait sans Pb et pas Gentoo ???

A l’installation des logiciels,il il les installent tous mais reste bloqué à 5%.

Le résultat de la commande ifconfig est inutile, car il ne retourne que les cartes qui sont UP. Par contre le retour de la commande ifconfig -a est beaucoup plus intéressant car il permet de mettre en évidence toutes les interfaces présentes sur la machine, qu’elles soient UP ou DOWN. Cela permet de plus, de savoir si udev n’a pas mis son grain de sel dans la configuration réseau avec l’apparition d’interface du style ethx_rename. Quand on en a qu’une , il n’y a pas trop de problèmes, mais qu’en tu commences à en avoir quatre ou cinq, cela devient vite l’hécatombe.
